About Coach

I have participated in CrossFit’s training methodology since mid 2012. I have been training others in the same methodology since 2018. I grew up loving the gym and seeking a way to really really enjoy training in a healthy way. I was fortunate enough to grow up participating in many different sports and active outlets like: Football, Baseball, Track & Field, Wakeboarding, Surfing, Ultimate, Disc Golf, Skateboarding, Karate, Hunting & Fishing, and others. But I spent much of my time growing up outside. I enjoy most outdoor activities and am eager to learn new skills!

Turning Point

I spent a few years working a “real job” after graduating from Texas A&M University (whoop!). I found a paycheck would not pay for happiness in my career. I found a love to training and helping others better themselves physically, mentally & spiritually.

Motivation & Passion

I believe CrossFit is one of the most effective methods of training to support necessary life tasks. I believe that anyone can do CrossFit, regardless of background, age, skill level, impairments… it just needs to be modified to fit the abilities of the person and progress towards the goal (which is to get better!) I also know that Jesus has given me more joy and passion than I could ever find on my own… My aim is to make Jesus known in whatever I do. God loves each and every one of us, and died to pay for our sin, then rose again defeating sin and death itself so we may have life!
